Polyhedric Denim

This year it makes, well 513 years, but if it takes them very well indeed ....if it is "aged" oftenis even more beautiful and charming....
What am I talking about??!?!
                                              The denim !!!!

It is one of the most charming, versatile and resistant fabric that there is.
It can make any outfit: elegant, sporty or..casual... and always unique.

It's comfortable...has no season...and resists and faces every fashion and trend.

As the great Yves Saint Laurent said:
                    "Fashions fade, Style is eternal"
..... and the denim has style to "sell".

I love denim, especially the jeans, I wear them for any occasion ... now on the market you can find it in every cut, color, shape, brand, price.
But the denim is not only used to create the famous jeans designed by Levi Strauss, but also for manufacture: skirts, shirts, jackets, bags, accessories, shoes and much more.

In short, it's an outfit for every occasion.

For example: for a quiet and sunny morning at the park, you can wear a simple denim shirt over a top and a pair of black leggings, or as I have done, with a long skirt colorful and lots of gold jewelry.
                                          So spring!

Sunglasses: GUCCI - Earrings: H2O - Denim shirt: H&M - Necklace: H2O

For a sporty and very aggressive afternoon ... there is nothing better than wearing a nice and comfortable pair of denim jeans... perfect for every occasion.
With a simple white T-shirt and a pair of snackers will be ready also to jump through hoops :D

Are you been invited to a vernissage, or a special event??
The denim jacket will be your ass in the hole!!
That's the only jacket I have since I was 14, and I always wear it ... regardless of the current fashion.
With a dress of black lace, and bling ... you'll be ready for every occasion ... just take off your jacket and you'll be ready for a first at: "La Scala" :)
Denim Jacket: VIRGIN - Dress: ZARA - Clutch: ZARA - Earring: H&M - Bracelets: H2O, CRUCIANI - Brooches: VINTAGE

If you're planning a cocktail party at the beach, lake or pool.... You can not miss the combination: white shirt/kaftan  and denim Mini Skirt.
                              The success is guaranteed!
With a wide-brimmed hat .... and a pair of flip flops/wedges /boots (if you want to be a bit 'more alternatives) and a lot of jewelry ... you'll be on top!!

The mini denim skirt is also perfect for a crazy night at disco whit your friends ... with a pair of boots and a T-shirt soft and not unglued (you already have bare legs) ... You will be sexy but not vulgar ... and if you want to give a touch of glamor to your outfit, a vest with faux fur is what is right for you.
Denim Mini-skirt: JUST CAVALLI, T-shirt: H&M - Sweater: ZARA - Faux Fur coat: GUESS - Boots: TRIPPEN - Bracelets: CRUCIANI, H&M

These are just some of the many ways in which you can dress and interpredare, your garment denim.
You can pick to create a thousand matches ... always different in line with your mood, your tastes and fashions.

Tought it is: wrinkled, faded, defaced, torn, cut, colorful, new, used, vintage, fashionable, of your boyfriend (with an elastic belt at the waist you will be the top!)... Each of us has a piece of denim clothing in the closet, which we prefer, from which we will never part ...
That's simply because, denim has something magical, irresistible, and that despite everything always manages to retain the charm of a lovely garment that has experienced many adventures and has many stories to tell ...

So, what's the story that your denim apparell tells about???

Haircare by Matrix

Last night I was having dinner at the home of my friend Anna, who is responsible for marketing of L'oreal, and what ... kindly gave me?!?!
Three products for the hair
by MATRIX. :D

MATRIX, the leading professional hair care and hair color company in the
United States, is part of L’Oreal USA’s Professional Products Division.

Matrix was founded in 1980 by the American husband and wife hairdressing team, Arnie
and Sydell Miller.

Now, over two decades later, their original ideas still stand strong and Matrix is committed to the development of the salon professional and offers a wide range of haircare, haircolor and hair texturizing products including: Biolage, Biolage ExquisiteOil, Total Results, Colorinsider, Socolor, Color Sync, Logics, Wonder.Brown, Design Pulse and Vavoom.

So, this afternoon after a long day of commissions I decided to make myself a hot bath and

try my new products.

                        Girls they are FABULOUSSS!!

I tried shampoo, conditioner and mask, line Biolage, and for the accuracy the  ColocareThérapie, with professional low pH formulas with Orchid UV Complex to moisturize and protect the depth, tone and shine of color-treated hair without parabens or synthetic dyes.

The first thing I loved opening the jars is the fragrance of orchid: delicate, fresh, crisp, perfect for summer!

The texture is light, the shampoo is rinsed with no problems.
The conditioner It must have left laying between 1 and 3 minutes.
The mask instead, or to use a maximum of two times per week, must be left in place for 3/5 minutes.
Already while you rinse your hair feels the effectiveness of these products.
Do not leave anything to the hair weighed down, (I have very thin hair get dirty right away if you do not use a good mask), detangles perfectly (having them curly is not easy to comb if I do not put a good detangling conditioner), give shine to the hair (especially those colored or with meches with the line being produced precisely for this type of hair) and give volume.

I seem to have a soft cloud on the head: P

A complete line Colorcarethérapie there are Cera-Repair Pro and the Color care shine

Shake.

This line and all the others in the Matrix you can only find by hairdressers.

Try it for yourself...for image what you can be!!

Curvy Vs Skinny...It's not a war!!!!!!!!

Today I want to tell you about a statement made by the CEO of Abercrombie and Fitch about people shapely.
Mike Jeffries, said sex sells. And skinny people are sexy.
“That’s why we hire good-looking people in our stores,” he said. “Because good-looking people attract other good-looking people, and we want to market to cool, good-looking people. We don’t market to anyone other than that.”
“In every school there are the cool and popular kids, and then there are the not-so-cool kids,” he said in an interview with Salon. “Candidly, we go after the cool kids. We go after the attractive all-American kid with a great attitude and a lot of friends. A lot of people don’t belong [in our clothes], and they can’t belong. Are we exclusionary? Absolutely.”

Jeffries competitors like H&M and American Eagle aren’t so exclusionary, offering XL and XXL sizes for both women and men. Abercrombie’s largest size of women’s pants are 10, while H&M offers a size 16. American Eagle pant go up to size 18.
Jeffries explained that his exclusionary approach is strictly business.
“Those companies that are in trouble are trying to target everybody: young, old, fat, skinny. But then you become totally vanilla. You don’t alienate anybody, but you don’t excite anybody, either,” he said.

After reading these harsh and even stupid statements, I have wondered what they thought about the boys.Well as always the males said that curvy women are much sexier than those very thin, but then why put at the head of the young people who already are inundated daily by millions of images of perfection further anxieties appearance?!

Personally in the past I often bought clothes Abercrombie, but the fact of carrying a 40 does not put me in a position to feel like a super lucky girl, because kg as the sizes are not everything in life.I have known many girls who have suffered from anorexia, is the image that the media require us to follow is not real!!Keep in shape by eating healthy and doing sports is one thing we must do for ourselves, for our health. And it is only and only when it comes to health that should be condemned kg too much, not when it comes to some healthy Extra Pounds especially in that we women just makes it more feminine.

I do not support at all these stupid statements of Mike Jeffries.and his words affect in a negative way and incites young people to bullying and social exclusion, and for this reason should be fought.

I invite other bloggers, women and girls, curvy or not, if you pass in front of a store of Abercrombie - anywhere in the world! - Take a picture with a sign that expresses your pride curvy and share it!I have been for two years with a guy who told me that I was not skinny ... and I pointed out all my fault ... and at the end you know what I told him?!?! That I had a big butt, I was not toned and sporty like him ... I had cellulite and I had a thousand other defects .... but that its difference I am a beautiful person inside, true, full of true values , happy and proud of what I am ... and that he would not ever been.

Women are beautiful as we are, that will not be those 7 kg more to make us less intelligent, beautiful or fascinating.  We learn to love our flaws. It's not worth getting sick for the appearance or because the others did not make us feel adequate.
                                  Love your body girls ...
slim, curvy, high low, blondes, brunettes red .... you are always beautiful by the mere fact of being yourself!
Come on, girls demonstrated how much you're shining ... and all those who like this little guy Jeffries criticize you .. well you respond with a smile ... which is surely the most beautiful curve on our body.

With love

Pantone 17-5641

Pantone has named the best color of the year ... Stella McCartney is a fervent supporter of  "it" ... is the most common color in nature ....

                                 What am I talking about???

                                       The GREEN!!!

Oh yes friends, this is just the year of the green! And to be more precise the emerald green. From Chanel clutch bag toy, to party dresses by Pinko, Zac Posen, Michael Kors, Dolce and Gabbana ... the most precious jewels to those of Asos, the makeups by Sephora ... the catwalks have been affected by this amazing color!!!

Match it is not difficult ... in fact if you have a total look, maybe monochrome (
especially with all the shades of blue, black, beige, gray, pink and white), it is best to go with it an earring, a necklace, or accessory green.

You can also create a total look beautiful emerald green ... but in this case I recommend you opt for a dress so as not to miss between tones.

You can also wear simple jewelry or accessories to brighten up your face ... and to shine a tan: D

Normally you associate the green to hope, luck, money, and the rebirth of nature, but also envy, anger, and I wonder if those who have consciously chosen to have played with this ambivalence.

The green however, may have also reflected the more spiritual, if you think the Indian philosophy that is associated with the 4th chakra, or "heart chakra", considered the center of love, a love emotional, multi-faceted, selfish and obsessive , or a tender and loving.

But green is also synonymous with relaxation, nature, the environment, sustainability and on this issue many designers such as Stella McCartney, Giorgio Armani and the new Bantu (whose mission is to sustain and grow the African economy while providing standards of high quality work, opportunities for growth, and a living wage to its workers) wanted to create their own lines using organic and recycled fabrics and low impact dyes.

More recently H & M with its new line Conscious wanted to launch his battle cry:"Do not throw waste in the fashion ... Long live the fashion!"

Start doing shopping "responsibly" because if you're not gr-IN you're OUT

Reginette Napoletane

This evening not knowing what to cook I decided to try to make this recipe improvised on the spot.

Doses for three people:

- 300g of pasta Reginette Napoletane
- 300 grams of sausage
- 1/2 jar of tomato sauce
- 1/2 red onion
- 200 grams of carrots

- 1 glass of white wine
- Olive oil
- Salt

- Pepper

First, cut the onion into half-moon.

After that also cut the sausage into large pieces.

While, you put it in a pot in a little 'oil and let it heat, then put us chopped onion and fry everything.

Once the onions become golden and also put the sausage in the pan.
Cover the pan with a lid so guaranteed the cooking even within the sausage and cook a few minutes.

When the sausage is pink, add the tomato puree and cook over low heat for a few minutes so that the sauce is curdled.

If you want to put a glass of white wine and let it evaporate.

Add a little 'pepper.

Meanwhile, boil the water in a 'salty enough ... another pot and place the dough inside.

Let cook for 9 minutes and drain.

Add the sauce to the pasta in a large pan and turn to mix.

Serve while still hot.

If you want you can also add a bit of grated Grana Padano.

Bon appétit!

Why don't you... for a chic and gracious life

• Try, for every 20 e-mails you send, to write a letter, an old-fashioned letter, and post it. Remember how it felt to receive an actual letter or postcard in the mail?

• Keep a bucket filled with candy. Cheap, good candy. From butterscotch hard candies to Bulls-Eyes to spice drops. Pretty cheap per pound, low calorie, and great late at night while working or staying up too late reading or watching television. It will scratch the itch.

• Use your local library. So few people do anymore. And if you are a parent, introduce your children to their neighborhood library. It will give them a real sense of independence to have their own library card and enjoy borrowing books.

• Empty out your purse twice a week, tossing all coins into a mason jar, an old coffee can, or a strange-shaped and not particularly practical porcelain jar. It’s wonderfully surprising to discover what can accumulate. You can give the money to charity (always feels good), and it’s grand to do in the spring when charities are not on people’s minds.

• Cook or bake something outrageous that you are convinced will be impossible. The advantage of this endeavor is that it can actually get you cooking more meals at home. Once you are triumphant with the absurdly difficult, a meal for yourself or your family will seem like a cakewalk (so to say). And it can be a great money saver.

• Walk more. It simply feels great. And for those who have an “allergy” to working out, it’s a great way to get the blood moving. If you are feeling extra adventurous, try putting some speed into that walk.

• Read the editorial page of your local paper. It introduces you to opinion and can be terrifically provocative and perhaps a great motivating force for you to get involved in your community, regardless of your political ideology.

• Get eight hours of sleep, though I never do.

See you next month!!!
